Nursery
We have an amazing Nursery provision for pupils aged 3-years-old and up. Our Nursery is called Woodland Class, and is a really important part of our school. It is led by a qualified teacher and supported by well-qualified early years practitioners. We really welcome visits to our Nursery to see our fantastic indoor and outdoor environment. Free Nursery Education & Hours
All children are entitled to 15 hours of free nursery education starting the term after their third birthday. Some working families may be eligible for 30 hours of free childcare per week.

Our Session Times

15 Hour Morning Session: 8:30 am – 11:30 am (Monday to Friday)

30 Hour Full Day Session: 8:30 am – 2:30 pm (Monday to Friday)
Extended Nursery Sessions
We offer extended afternoon sessions for a fee of £10 per session. This allows morning children to extend their stay at school until 2:30pm (starting from their usual 8:30am arrival).
To maintaining adult-to-child ratios in the Nursery, extended full-day sessions must be booked in advance with the school office and taken every day. We cannot offer ad-hoc full-day sessions.
Lunch Arrangements
Children staying for the whole day will have lunch at school. You have two options for lunch:

School Dinner: This can be booked daily at a cost of £2.29.

Packed Lunch: You can send your child to school with a healthy packed lunch from home.
School Uniform
Children in Nursery are required to wear a school uniform. Please see our uniform page for further details.
Admissions
For nursery admissions, please apply directly to our school and not through Oxfordshire County Council.
You can register your child online using our waiting list form, linked here.
Once you have submitted your application, we will usually contact you during the term before your child is due to start.
Home Visits & Settling In
Before your child starts with us, a member of our nursery team will arrange a home visit. This is a lovely opportunity for us to meet your child in a familiar environment and learn about what they enjoy doing.
During the visit, we will discuss your child's upcoming nursery start and talk through how we can best support them as they settle in.
