Working at Rose Hill

Rose Hill is a primary school where staff work hard to allow children to flourish and support them in becoming thoughtful, confident and enthusiastic adults.

We are proud to serve a fantastic and diverse community in the south-east of Oxford. At Rose Hill, children meet others whose family backgrounds and beliefs can be different from their own, and with whom they become great friends.

Staff are committed to making sure children are well-educated in the fullest sense and that they know they are valued for themselves as individuals and as members of society.

Values are central to a Rose Hill education, and we teach them to the children through assemblies and in PSHE (personal, social and health education) lessons in every class.

Our Four Main Values Are:

  • Focused upon learning
  • Open minded & unique
  • Respectful & Inclusive
  • Supportive & Healthy

We are proud to be a part of River Learning Trust, one of the region's largest multi-academy trusts. You can find out more about the culture within River Learning Trust, the way it operates and the opportunities for professional development and career advancement HERE.
